无锡广电ATM采用双星型的拓扑结构，骨干交换速率为622Mbps。为了开通MPLS VPN，对骨干线路的速率进行了划分：400Mbps用于专线联网，200Mbps用于IP业务。
BGP/MPLS VPN的实现
1.LSC的设置：
LSCgd（广电机房）配置……
